ATTENTION GOOGLE VOICE USERS (or anyone NOT YET using Google Voice).

How to have FREE home or office telephone service

(where you pick up a regular desk phone and get a dial tone)

For those paying Vonage or any VoIP service (like your TV or Internet cable service offered you a bundle/combo with Digital Phone??). Well… you’re throwing money away.

As you probably know… Google Voice is FREE (US and Canada calls) and extremely cheap to call international.

If you wish to have a regular home/office phone that gives you a dial tone to initiate a call with your Google Voice, then you should know about the OBi110 Adapter.

After my previous VoIP adapter died earlier this year, (a Sipura Linksys SPA-2100) that I had successfully been using with my GV for 2 years….. I was about to purchase a new one, when someone told me about the OBi110.

It is really AMAZING!!! I’ve had my OBi110 since March of this year, and it was the easiest setup/configuration that I have ever done in my life!!! So easy a Cavewoman could do it!!! Really… I had a Google Voice dial tone on my home cordless phone in less than 10 minutes after plugging the box in!!!

My previous setup with GV to work with my home phone took me DAYS to configure, because I had to use it in conjunction with Sipgate, Sipsorcery and a dial plan. All 3 of these needed to work together just so I could have GV on a regular phone and be able to dial out easily.

Sooooo… Go to Amazon.com (link below), spend a one time $50 for the OBi110 adapter and enjoy! No more monthly VoIP payments.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask…

This is in my face right now.

This is in my face right now.

A 2 egg omelet with sausage, peppers, onions and sharp cheddar. Yeah, it’s not very pretty. But my stomach is more concerned with taste, vs. looks.

Outtakes, bloopers, whatever you wanna call ’em.

Outtakes, bloopers, whatever you wanna call ’em… there’s Bacon Cats, people in closets, G+ Caffeine Juice (?) and more randomness that fell to the (virtual) cutting room floor which we didn’t include in the past three shows of Hangout Conversations w/Matt Rappaport.
