Things that make you go, hmmm

Been looking at my stream fairly constantly since midday and couldn’t help but notice the contrasting reactions among folks I follow here on G+ (just under 700).

Where some notice that the wrath of Irene resulted in pretty much nothing more than a flinging of twigs and leaves, others are nearly under water, in the dark, and without comfort.

And now, I share with you a screen capture of my stream as I was looking at it just moments ago.

Kind of a sad juxtaposition… I swear I didn’t Photoshop this (although I am an awesome ‘shopper)
