If you use Google Chrome, get yourself the Tab Cookies extension. Install it, then go into your Chrome settings and delete all your cookies. What tab cookies will then do is delete a sites cookies as soon as you close the tab. This is really great for sites that try to leave cookies behind that track you all over the web. If there is some site that you want to have the cookies saved you’ll see a little cookie icon in the URL bar. Clicking that will keep the cookies. Use this sparingly otherwise you might be keeping cookies you don’t need.

Nice way to manage coookies on a site by site basis.
