Hi everyone, I have updated Filter Stream to version 1.5.0
Lots of new features have been added through many of your requests (from what I read in the comments) such as regex support, mark as read, turn on and off filters, auto reload, and many more. A total of 26 changes: http://goo.gl/ZhPtM
Some tips:
– To add regex, simply wrap your keyword with forward slashes. Remember to escape your slashes inside.
– You can filter your stream with just hashtags, for example to filter all hash tags, you can just add this regex to your “inclusion” list. /\\s#.*\\s/
– Enable the autoreload feature so it will be easier to manage.

Here are the complete release notes for what has been added during this release:
Feature:
– Support Regular Expressions for Exclusions and Inclusions. By wrapping the keyword with forward slashes. For example, matching only hashtags would be /\\s#(.*)\\s/. If the slashes are not there, it will do a normal keyword filter.
– Add ability to turn on and off the filtering from options. This requires a manual stream refresh everytime you toggle this.
– Implement Mark as Read for the posts filtered. A new link will appear in the popup that when clicked, it will reset the counter and wipe the posts.
– Implement auto reload setting, where you can automatically load the new settings when you complete the save in options.
Improvements:
– Improve the popup stats UI to discover the inclusions and exclusions faster with some text color.
– Improve the options page UI to better visualize the the save button on the bottom.
– Improve the dark icon in the browser by Andy Shaw.
Bugfix:
– Use exclusion filters before inclusion.
– Fix the bug where the popup contents and counter doesn’t reset when no results appear.
– Fix GitHub URL pointing to old repository.
– Fix not rendering couple of items.
