Just got an e-mail from one of our programmers, which was the second programmer this week to send a similar mail. Two days’ notice that they were taking the following weeks off for vacation even though they have major projects previously scheduled during that time.
My immediate reaction was to reply in a way I thought maybe they’d understand:
